IJEPHSS adopts the principle that offering scientific research free of charge will increase the global sharing of information, and offers immediate access to its content. Therefore, it does not charge any fee for the reach of articles. But because of the publication costs of journal, it charges a fee for article submission, regardless of evaluation processes or acceptance of publication. All authors accept open source access and the terms of the 
when the articles are published after the referee process.
IJEPHSS is an online journal. Therefore, no physical published materials will be sent to the author(s). Manuscripts can be downloaded to personal computers in pdf format via our website or Dergipark if needed.
For the manuscripts uploaded to IJEPHSS for publication, a “copyright agreement” is required. The manuscripts uploaded to the system for publication are considered to have been handed over to the journal. The author (s) shall be deemed to have accepted and confirmed the fact that they are included in the journal system and are committed to comply with the publication acceptance requirements of the journal.
In addition, on the last page of the article submitted to the system, “Authors’ contributions”, “Funding”, “Acknowledgments”, “Availability of data and materials”, “Competing interests” information should be included.
Articles to be sent to the journal should not be published elsewhere or sent for publication.
Studies submitted to IJEPHSS are very firstly checked for compliance with spelling rules and academic ethics. Studies that do not comply with the rules are returned to the author. Before the reviewing process is started, all studies are preliminary controlled by editors. If the study is not deemed sufficient by the editor or field editors, it may be rejected without being forwarded to the reviewers.
A researcher whose work has been previously published in IJEPHSS (regardless of whether the solo or co-authored) can be published his/her paper at the earliest four issues after the publication of the current first study, even if it is accepted by the reviewers.
Manuscripts that have been approved by the reviewers and approved by the editor in IJEPHSS are added to the publication order, taking into account the recieved date. Except for special issues / tribute issues , publications are not accepted for the issue on a certain date.
The author (s) should check the copyright and usage permissions of the sources and materials (pictures, photographs, figures, tables, etc.) used in their studies. If you have questions concerning copyrights and permits, please consult our executive editor before sending the final version of your manuscript. IJEPHSS assumes no responsibility for any copyright infringement. The author (s) accept the responsibility with regard to this when they upload and / or send the manuscripts to the system.
IJEPHSS acts in accordance with the Law and Provisions on Intellectual and Artistic Works numbered “5846” in the framework of Turkish law. Concerning author(s) who do not fulfill the requirements of this law, IJEPHSS has the right to unilaterally protect its legal rights. Although IJEPHSS pays attention to acting in accordance with scientific ethics rules, the author or authors are unilaterally responsible for issues such as quotations, etc. in researches submitted for publication. In this regard, no institution, person or other competent body can impose sanctions on IJEPHSS. IJEPHSS administrator editors and / or field editors monitor the plagiarism rates through 
software. Accordingly, works exceeding the rate of 20% are rejected without being sent to the referees. The author (s) sending manuscripts for publication accept and agree that they will comply with the policies of the journal. The terms and conditions of the IJEPHSS editorial policy are the same for every author. These rules and conditions cannot be changed for anyone.
