Articles published in IJEPHSS are digitally archived in LOCKSS. In addition, the published articles can be made accessible by the author in the institutional archive of the university where s/he works, in the archives on the subject or in any other archive without the embargo period. Thus, anyone can access this publication immediately, free of charge. The Journal allows authors to use the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving (author’s website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication.

The publisher of the IJEPHSS is pleased to announce its archive policy in accordance with its policy of supporting the dissemination of research results:
• IJEPHSS allows authors to use the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving (author’s personal website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication.
• Authors may self-archive their articles in public and/or commercial subject-based archives. There is no embargo period, but the published source should be cited and a link should be set to the journal homepage or DOI of the articles.
• Authors can download the output of the article as a PDF document. Authors can send copies of the article to their colleagues without any embargo.
• IJEPHSS allows all versions of articles (sent version, accepted version, published version) to be stored in an institutional or other archive preferred by the author without embargo.
• The audit uses the LOCKSS system to allow permanent archives to be created. Based on Stanford University Libraries, the LOCKSS Program provides award-winning, low-cost, open-source digital preservation tools to provide libraries and publishers with access to permanent and authoritative digital content. The LOCKSS Program is a library-led digital preservation system built on the principle of “securing large numbers of copies”. The LOCKSS Program develops and supports libraries using open source end-to-end digital preservation software.

In accordance with the decision taken at the General Assembly of the Council of Higher Education dated 07.03.2019, a fee is charged regardless of the acceptance or rejection status of the articles. This fee is requested for reasons such as preliminary evaluation, editorial review, language control service, secretarial, spelling, layout, control, publishing, etc. Arbitration is not subject to a fee. IJEPHSS does not pay any fees to authors, referees, editors and the editorial board. However, articles published in IJEPHSS are free to read and download.
